New Orleans Family Photographer {Isabella 13 months}

I was excited to meet this precious girl. Her momma wanted to book a newborn session but it just didn’t happen so we could’n wait to plan a special session for her first birthday. When I finally saw this precious baby I couldn’t believe my eyes. She looked like a real life baby doll! Annnnnd she was dressed so adorably to match her sweet momma.

It was a dark and gloomy day. Luckily the rain held off but clouds quickly filled the sky and it was already about an hour before sunset. We were loosing light quickly. I went to the brightest part of the property, a spot that I can’t really use when the sun is out because it is too bright. Turns out I adore it! Everything was still bright green which is typical of Louisiana in spring. But it was nice and muted because it was so overcast. It was a nice change.

Isabella 13 months

Miss Isabella was a little unsure at first but dad was able to get big smiles out of her. I think I adore her serious face just as much. A little cherub!

Is that not the sweetest little face ever?!

She’s going to be taking off soon. When she was holding moms hand she didn’t want to stay put! Miss independent!

Such a precious family session! I just love their matching outfits! It was so so sweet! I think my favorite photos are of Isabella with her sweet momma. Moms rarely get in photos. We are always the ones taking them. I think Isabella will cherish these when she is older.
