New Orleans newborn photographer {Aurora 2 weeks}

I have literally been counting down the days to meet this baby girl since her parents maternity session in December. I remember gasping when her momma stepped out of the car because she looked so incredibly beautiful. It was a beautiful, warm evening and the lighting was just right and they looked like the were straight out of a story book.

I may have gasped again when she lifted the blanket on the carseat and I saw their beautiful baby girl for the first time.

Aurora 2 weeks

Every picture is my favorite picture with this baby. It is impossible to choose a favorite. Her cheeks were amazing…..

She was so good on the bean bag so I knew it was going to be no problem in props. Babies love being wrapped.

Her momma chose mint as her accent color which I was soooo excited about. It is nice to use non-traditional colors on baby girls. I tried to coordinate with the color of her maternity gown and I LOVE the way it turned out. Although I think this baby would look beautiful in anything….

Bucket pose is my favorite pose. This sweet girl could’ve stayed there all day lol.

Last but not least, photos with mom and dad. Mom was glowing even more than at her maternity session when I placed her sweet baby girl in her arms.

So grateful this sweet couple let me be a part of such a special time.
