Sometimes I think I am the luckiest person in the world to be able to do something I love so much.  Max’s session was no exception.  I loved every second of it.  He was so tiny and perfect and I loooooveeee how the colors turned out.  He had the cutest little expressions.  this is one of the reasons I start my sessions with the potato sac pose.  Max was wide awake when he arrived.  Once I wrapped him up snug as a bug he was awake for a few shots then crashed.

I’m always trying new things to mix things up a bit.  For Max’s session I played with light and shadows and just adore them.  Maybe my new favorite pose.

There is nothing sweeter than just baby.  Max wanted nothing to do with the froggy pose and just wanted to be on his tummy.

So that’s what I did lots of.  Sweet and simple poses.

I just got this amazing new wooden bowl and I use it at every session.  If you are a newborn photographer it is a must!

I know I know….I’m an over-sharer.  But how can I not when every picture is your favorite picture.  Last but not least were my favorites of every newborn session….The parent shots.
