Slidell newborn photographer {Kyzer 3 weeks}

This sweet boy’s grandmother lived out of state but knows the importance of capturing these newborn photos. They grow so fast and change so much so quickly. I am so behind on blogging. His newborn session was a few months ago and I know he must look completely different by now! Momma wanted traditional baby blue for her sweet boy. It looked so precious with his dark hair.

Kyzer was knocked out for his session. Newborn baby preparation instructions are debatable in the newborn photography world. Some photographers swear by them and some don’t agree with them or think they are necessary. I think they are helpful in getting a nice and sleepy baby and so I will sen parents prep instructions prior to their newborn session. They are not complicated and include things like a gentle bath and rubdown with lotion. I think some awake time before coming to your session is helpful too. It”s nice to have a sleepy baby for most of the posing but I do love those awake newborn photos too. I think they look so different when they are awake!

This baby blue was so sweet on him. He had the most precious little features.

Last but not least, those sweet first family photos. I’m a sucker for jewel tones so naturally I loved this one.
