Pontchatoula LA Newborn Photographer {Savannah Day 16}

This little sweetheart was born close to Christmas when I have time off from teaching so I was happy to fit her in.  She was already two weeks old and when she came to me 16 days old but still teeny tiny and curly.  Her mom did such an awesome job prepping her that she slept for a good bit.

She came in the cutest little cozy bear outfit so naturally I had to use a bear bonnet….or two…

She looked so pretty in lavender.  The color reminds me of the candy sweethearts you get for Valentine’s day. For Christmas I bought two orchids, one for my mom and one for my grandmother.  I used both of them in my last session and was down to one after giving my grandmother hers and couldn’t resist using it again.

After that long nap and a snack she had no interest at going back to sleep and for parent shots she just wanted stare at her mom and dad…..who were completely smitten.
