This sweet baby girl’s due date has been on my calendar for quite some time. I couldn’t wait to meet her! At 12 days old she had already figured out she loved being stretched out! I love all of the flowers you see in the stores this time of year so I couldn’t resist picking some up for her session.
Leena Day 12
She loved being wrapped up and was very content as long as she was cozy.
One of the first things I noticed about her when mom brought her in was her long hair! It was so soft and silky and she had so much of it.
I have to say, I was dreaming of this set up from the moment this beautiful set arrived from Wales. Cwtchicoo makes the most amazing woven blankets. I wasn’t planning to use it at first but when I picked up these tulips I thought it couldn’t be more perfect.
This little lady did not like the bucket pose one bit but I knew it was one her momma wanted so we kept trying. I’m so glad we did because I love how it turned out.
After this set up she was awake for quite some time but alert! She was just looking around and had the best eye contact. It’s so funny how different they look awake verses asleep.

Miss Maya is such a sweet big sister. She had no problem holding her baby sister and was gentle.
