One of my favorite things as a photographer is watching these precious families grow. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing them since Christine was expecting Leo and here we are three years later and Leo is a big brother! And the best big brother too.

It’s funny how baby’s have little personalities and know what they like from the very beginning. Some love being on their bellies, some hate it. Some love being swaddled, others prefer their hands by their faces lol. These sweet girl was so funny on the beanbag. I would get her posed and she would kick her little leg out ever time!

JADE DAY 12

I like to keep my sessions simple and cohesive and ask parents to choose one accent color for their session. At first Christine had green selected as an accent color because they didn’t know the sex of the baby. I am so glad she decided to switch to a light purple. It was SO beautiful on Miss Jade especially with the color of her hair.

I adore fuzzy knits on my babies. It makes them look so cozy!

Grey is definitely a favorite neutral of mine. She looked so classic and beautiful. A new favorite set up!

I could not wait to capture Leo’s photo with his little sister. He was so good during the whole session and when he finally got to hold her. It was a special moment as it was Leo’s very first time holding his baby sister. Such a precious photo and Leo always looks so adorable in his signature red glasses.

It was such a fun session and so good to see one of my favorite families.
