New Orleans Newborn Photographer-Eloise Day 5

I always feel so valued and appreciated when friends hire me as their photographer.  I’ve known Patrick and his beautiful wife Brittany for some time now.  It is hard to believe that it has been over two years since I’ve photographed their first precious baby girl, Amelia.  Amelia may have set the record for easiest baby to pose.  She was so calm and relaxed.  Her baby sister Eloise comes in at a close second.  Eloise came for her newborn session at just 5 days old.  She was so precious.  Honestly, I could’ve tried to pose her any way that I wanted and she would just let me.

So I have a teeny tiny studio space so prop shots can be difficult.  I love them so much so I’ve been making an effort to do more. I’ve never used this little bucket before.  It holds my posing beans from The Original Photoblocks props.   I wanted something silver/grey to match this tieback.  I looooooove how this turned out!

When I added the little bear bonnet, I just about died!  She was the cutest little thing EVER!

I always ask what accent color mom wants.   Most mom’s of little girls choose pink.  I was over the moon when Brittany selected green.  I had this beautiful tieback that I’ve been wanting to use.  But I never purchased a backdrop to match it!  Luckily, I have a pretty awesome photographer friend who had the perfect one.

I could have posed this girl all day long on the bean bag.  She was so relaxed.

Miss Amelia is one of the sweetest two year olds I’ve ever photographed.  So gentle, so happy and so in love with her little sister.  I could not resist taking a few “test” shots of that precious face

And for the best part of every session…..sweet family photos.  Aren’t they just the cutest?!!
