Metairie LA Maternity Photographer {Alise}
The evening could not have been more perfect for this stunning couples maternity session. It was dry and the sunset was gorgeous. The only downfall was that it was a bit chilly being in January. To get around that, we started in the studio and when we went outside brought a blanket to wrap Alise in. It worked out perfectly and we got some beautiful photos!
She came with the most beautiful lace dress on. And her clever momma made this beautiful chiffon wrap to go over it and give a different look. It was so perfect. I loved it so much!
Aren’t they amazing!? And that dress was so versitle! I love incorporating leaves or flowers in someway or another even for a baby boy. When she sent me the photo of her dress I was on the hunt and came across these gorgeous hydrageas. They matched perfectly!
Their outdoor portraits are some of my favorites. They remind me of images out of my favorite childhood storybooks. The ones that began with “Once upon a time…..” They are just magical. We finished the evening with the perfect sunset. It was perfect. I can’t wait to share baby boy’s newborn photos. I loved those just as much!
Now I feel like I need alllll of the chiffon for maternity sessions lol.
