You know what of the best things about being a photographer is not necessarily the actual shoot or editing the photos. Yes, I do love that passionately but I so enjoy my little community of other photographers that I have grown to know and love. A few of them were having trouble with the froggy pose so I thought why not get a model and have them come over and I could give some pointers. I was off from teaching for spring break so that is what we did.
I have a teeny tiny studio but it worked perfectly for mom, two friends, myself and little Jolie.
Jolie Day 4
This sweet girl was born on Easter Sunday and came to model at just 4 days old. Now when your sweet photographer friend happens to be a prop vendor as well and brings an amazing stash of props to use, you kinda venture from just doing froggy lol. When I first saw this amazing fur I thought it would be the perfect size for potato sac. And it was!
Miss Jolie had the most beautiful hair and looked precious in everything we put her in. But this little nude bonnet and pillow was to die for and probably my favorite.
We eventually got to froggy pose lol. Little Miss fought me with her fingers. It took forever to get them straight!
I am obsessed with these little pillow and bonnet sets. They are made for this pose.
I wanted to get a few photos for momma of just her sweet baby. It’s so funny how she went from screaming to perfectly fine in just a matter of seconds. She was like what do I do with these hands!
She was just about the sweetest little model and after her session we had a yummy lunch and went hunting for props! It was a great day!
