Help Fill Emma’s Heart~ Photo session giveaway

One of my tiniest clients needs our help!!  Emma Vicknair was born on October 30, 2014.  She came to me for her newborn session when she was 9 days old.  Click here to visit Emma’s newborn session.  And at her 3 month session, Emma was just the sweetest thing ever!  Click here to visit Emma’s 3 month session.

Although Emma seemed strikingly perfect, doctors soon relayed the devastating news that she was born with a condition known as Tetrology of Fallot, which affects only 2 babies in every 10,000 births.

Even more devastating was the prognosis from doctors that Emma would need open heart surgery between the age of three and six months. 

 Parents Senia Sierra & Brandon Vicknair have been under the impression since Emma’s birth that her heart surgery would take place in a local hospital here in New Orleans. It wasn’t until recent days that they were told it’s imperative they both immediately plan to take a leave of absence from work to travel to Boston’s Children’s Hospital where doctors have great experience in correcting Tetrology of Fallot related conditions. Instead of having to create an entire new heart valve, doctors at Boston’s Heart Center can repair Emma’s current valve, leading to a greater prognosis.

Travel and living expenses in Boston, in addition to ongoing follow up doctor visits, are out of this family’s budget. This makes it extremely important for friends, family, and generous strangers to help pull together funds for Senia & Brandon to help this incredibly precious baby begin the fight of her life.

This has truly been a heart breaking experience for this family, and lessening this financial burden can help them focus on Emma’s physical well-being without the added stress of monetary concerns.

HOW CAN YOU HELP EMMA AND WIN A FREE SESSION WITH ANNIE WHITAKER PHOTOGRAPHY???

PRIZE DETAILS:

Your choice of either a mini newborn session OR a Full Session on the northshore.  Full session can be family, maternity, baby milestone, even engagement if you wish.  No prints, digital files only.

Mini Newborn Session $350:

-1 hour in my home studio

-5 digital images with full printing rights available via PASS digital download

-One neutral blanket backdrop with a simple pose and 1 fur/flokati set up. Choice of one tieback or bonnet.  Does not include parent or sibbling shots.

Full Session $350:

-One hour session at preferably at sunset

-All images (~25) available via PASS digital download with full printing rights.

HOW DO I ENTER?
