Harper Day 6 {Mandeville Newborn Photographer}
I’m gonna warn you….I am totally over sharing this session. One, because they selected my “shoot as many set ups as baby will allow” package so I have sooooo many ridiculously cute photos. Two, because momma checked the “all earth tones” and “select whatever accent color you want” box on my questionnaire so I am over the moon in love with the colors on this beautiful baby. And three…..that hair…. oh my! Miss Harper is SO beautiful! She was even born on my sweet Harley’s birthday! I wonder if they will share the same spunky personality 🙂
I got to meet Harpers mom, her dad AND her aunt who all love her so much. It reminded me of when I had my oldest and my sister lived close by. We did everything together. I miss those days.
First up, the cutest little bear you ever did see. Because I couldn’t decide which one was my favorite from this series, I decided to share them all.
Harper Day 6
Ok, maybe this was my favorite and needs to be displayed on it’s own 🙂
I don’t do a ton of prop shots because my space to shoot is TINY! But I had some extra time with this sweet girl and wanted to try some out. I LOVE how they turned out! I may need to incorporate this into every session.
So after doing all cream set ups (which are by far my favorites) I wanted to incorporate those beautiful earth tones. I have to say, she looked absolutely gorgeous in just about anything I put her in.
Another favorite thing of mine……those sweet newborn profiles….
Up until this point she was all wrapped up nice and toasty. I slowly unwrapped her but she was not happy. You would never have guessed that based on this big beautiful grin she gave me. But after this pose she took a break for a snack.
Remember I said her momma said I could pick the accent color? I love that because I can get a picture of the baby and choose something that complements their skin tone and hair (if they have any). I initially thought about doing a buttercream pale yellow color but had a dream about this peacock blue (yes I never stop working and dream photography). I looooove how it turned out! What do you think?! Good call? I think so 🙂
Sweet girl woke up again but instead of bringing her right away, I wanted to get a few photos of her checking out her new world. She looks so small here!
Last but not least, family photos. I just love these so much. Seeing a mother hold her newborn in her arm that she has carried for nine long months and anticipated these moments is just about the greatest thing every. I think Harper thinks so too.
Stephanie and I couldn’t get enough of that sweet little newborn leg dangling! She is just the cutest little thing!

Annie you are amazing, I just saw the photos of Harper and her mom and dad. They are the sweetest family. My neighbors just had they’re first baby girl. I plan on sharing these with them. Love you, Tia 😉
