Gracyn Day 4 {River Ridge LA newborn photographer}

Sweet Gracyn was a surprise gender baby…how fun is that? I’m not sure I could do it! I was surprised to find out she was a girl because I’ve had a loooong streak of nothing but girls and thought for sure she was a boy. I was excited though because I just got some beautiful new fluff from Oh So Fleeting that I couldn’t wait to use. Momma was a neutral lover just like me and I decided to incorporate a beautiful dark rose color since we had a sweet baby girl.

You wouldn’t believe that here we were the day after Christmas and it was in the 70’s…..well maybe you can because we are in southern Louisiana but I had to make her look nice and cozy because she was a December baby.

I absolutely adored how she looked in this color. Gracyn has the MOST amazing hair and it looked so pretty against the rose colored fluff.

Mom and Dad did a great job prepping her for her session because she slept like a champ. She woke up for a snack then crashed right out for bean bag shots. By the time we got to parent photos she was wide awake and just wanted to stare at her momma. Love.
