Ellie (2 weeks old) New Orleans Newborn Photographer

This sweet girl had to wait until I returned from vacation for her newborn session.  She was a little over two weeks old and so teeny tiny.  Mom and Dad did a good job getting her ready for her session and after her mid morning session she was out!  Her sweet momma stayed with me the whole time so she got lots of behind the scenes of a newborn session.  And she picked my favorite color combination for little girls…..grey and ivory.

Ellie looked so beautiful on these classic neutral set ups.

The first thing I noticed when they arrived was her lips! They are so beautiful! Perfect and pouty and she looked so dainty.

I mean look at this kissy face!  Maybe one of my favorite newborn pictures ever….

I had to take a macro shot of them.  Most perfect baby lips!

I am obsessed with girls in grey earthy tones.  So classic and beautiful.  It was perfect for Miss Ellie.  She looked so cozy.

Last but not least a family photo for this sweet girl to look back and see just how much she was loved from the very beginning.  She was perfectly content all wrapped up with her Daddy holding her.  So that is how I left her.  Mom and Dad look so happy.
