Sometimes you organize play dates because the momma’s are in much need of a get together. This was one of those days….. Photography has introduced me to lots of wonderful people, other photographers included. Two of my friends just so happen to have girls my Harley’s age and they have grown into the best of friends. Baby James just joined the mix 9 months ago and naturally the girls (and their momma’s) love him.
Our Mardi Gras play date was much needed…different reasons for each one of us….and very much enjoyed. Naturally, when I found out James was coming I threw my camera in the car and a vintage sweater I’ve been dying to photograph. He happily modeled for me…

Sweet baby James has eyes only for his momma but I think he loooooved the attention from all of us trying to get some smiles.
Of course his momma got the biggest ones.
He is the cutest little thing EVER! SO expressive. It was such a great afternoon. Already looking forward to the next “play date” 🙂
