CJ Day 6 {New Orleans newborn photographer}

It’s been so nice having baby boys after sooooo many girls!  I love styling little boy sessions.  Mostly I think because I love earth tones so much.  CJ did so well for his session.  He slept like a champ and went effortlessly into ever pose I put hime in.

One of my favorite poses is the potato sac pose.  Babies love it because they get wrapped up nice and snug.  He made the cutest little kiss face when I took his pacifier out!

When mom sent back her newborn questionnaire that I send out, she had mentioned that big brother Henry was a little shy and took a bit to warm up to strangers.  Well, I think he was pretty comfortable.  Maybe all of Harley’s toys helped to warm him up because he was perfect.

So I am obsessed with fluff.  I have it in lots of colors and use it with every session.  I love the organic, earthy natural feel it gives especially when paired with a fuzzy bonnet.  And it provides a perfect set up for those sweet profile shots.

Last but certainly not least was family shots.  My absolute favorite from a newborn session because you can see the love pouring out of mom and dad.

How perfect is this?  Just like that one child becomes two and the love in their hearts doubles.
