I love when clients book early because I know their anticipation for their session grows every day. Especially for a newborn session. I’ve been chatting with Robin for some time now. I knew she had three other beautiful babies, Ollie, Abbie and sweet Emmie. I was brainstorming for days before her session on how to get a sibling photo with all of them. It is always a hope of new momma’s to have a photo of all of their babies. Also, a family photo with the newest member is important. I didn’t want to mess this up! Luckily, Robin has three of the sweetest, best behaved children you have ever met. Not to mention adorable!

I did this session backwards from my usually newborn session flow. We did sibling and family photos first because I knew it would be a challenge and I wanted momma to be able to relax. I’d say it was a huge success!! I adore the family photo so much! Miss Charlotte slept right through it all!

I kept her wrapped because she was nice and content. The colors we used on her were so perfect! Jewel tones are my favorite. Especially on babies with dark hair like Charlotte.

I snuck her little shoulders out of her cozy wraps and got her in the bucket and she gave the sweetest little smirk!

The knits from Beautiful Ewe and halo from Lavender and Moss were just divine.

I could not wait to photography Charlotte on this gorgeous teal color. I have been saving this tieback from Poppy and Cy for the perfect baby and she was it. This backdrop from Hello Little Props was the perfect match.

I could not love this more! She is so perfect, right down to those perfect little fingers.

I enjoyed this session so much. So grateful this sweet family gave me the opportunity to photograph them at such a special time.
